Windshield Replacement
When do I need a windshield replacement?
Sometimes customers are not sure if they need a windshield replacement or a windshield repair. Most of the time if a rock or stone chips your windshield the damaged area is pretty small to begin with. But with the Atlanta heat in the summer and our cold winters, those small stone chips can turn into a long crack in no time.
If the damaged area is smaller than a quarter, then nine times out of ten it can be repaired. If the damaged area is just larger than a quarter, they can sometimes be repaired by one of our windshield repair technicians, Anything larger than that will most likely require a full windshield replacement.
Windshield Replacement
We provide free mobile windshield replacement service to most of the Atlanta area. With dispatch locations all over town we can repair or replace your windshield the same or next day. We use only high quality OEM windshield replacement glass and OEM quality urethane adhesives when we replace your windshield. Our technicians are NGA Certified to replace your windshield properly, because your safety depends on it.
Some windshields have special attachments to them that we need to know about to quote you an accurate price. These features include a rain sensor (which causes your windshield wipers to come on automatically when it rains), an antenna (for the radio, gps or remote start), a heated wiper park area (where heating elements similar to what a back glass has are placed in the glass at the bottom where the windshield wipers stop at) or an electrochromic mirror (which automatically dims the bright lights behind you in your rear view mirror at night).
